  ·        Develop request for proposals for each selected voluntary benefit that you would like to evaluate.
  ·        Review and analyze results, and make appropriate recommendations for your consideration.
  ·        Jointly agree on the selection of the providers.
  ·        Develop implementation plan and timetable.
  ·        Establish and deliver website, communications, marketing and payroll support requirements.
  ·        Serve as employer and employee advocate.
  ·        Establish and monitor quality controls to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  ·        Provide monthly stewardship reports.
